Program Director

Job Summary:  Directs specified systems development activities of the I.T. Department including supporting strategic projects by completing systems analysis, design, testing, implementation, and the interface with user departments. Plans and administers a staff of technical personnel. Furnishes planning, consultation, and advisory services on systems development to user departments, internal and external. Oversees major projects for new or modified information systems. Functions as departmental director in absence of Associate Vice President or Director.   Works under the supervision of the Associate Vice President or Director.  Competencies and Skills:  Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel.     Demonstrates strong Organizational Skills Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with Information Technology management and staff.   Demonstrates strong business communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting.   Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving and planning ability.   Demonstrates strong general business acumen.   Demonstrates ability to lead and manage a team.   Demonstrates a high level of initiative and independence.   Is recognized as a leader in the IT and business community and demonstrates expert level of systems methodology understanding and use.  Education and or Experience:  Associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of ten years of full time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role required.   In lieu of degree, technical diploma/technical certification in a field related to the position required. Minimum of twelve years of full time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role required.  Working Conditions/Physical Demands:  Work is typically performed in an office environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
