Overview PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY - Danville State Hospital:   Danville State Hospital is a Medicare and Medicaid approved long-term psychiatric facility providing treatment for consumers with severe and persistent mental illness. The facility is conveniently located about 60 miles North of Harrisbugh, PA in Danville, Pennsylvania. The Danville State Hospital Active Treatment Program encompasses the use of medical, occupational therapy, vocational adjustment services, therapeutic recreation, nursing, social workers, psychology and chaplaincy efforts. The facility has capacity to serve up to 178 individuals for General Psychiatry.   Treatment at Danville State Hospital is directed by psychiatric leadership through the Treatment Team. The Treatment Team is a partnership with the individual receiving care and treatment, their family members, members of the Consumer and Family Advocacy Community, representatives from the County Offices of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, and members of the hospital's clinical, administrative, and support teams. This partnership of service enables and facilitates psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery. Individualized programs are tailored toward assisting the individual in returning to the community.   COMPANY OVERVIEW:   In the state of Pennsylvania, MHM Services proudly serves as the statewide mental health provider to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Philadelphia Prison System (6 county jails), and, the staffing provider to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including all Pennsylvania state hospitals and other various branches of the Commonwealth.  MHM Services, in collaboration with Crown Hills, has an immediate Psychiatrist opening located at the Danville State Hospital.    POSITION OVERVIEW: Primarily responsible for care and treatment of all physically ill patients and related medical functions of assigned units ensuring patient safety at all times. Performs Admission Physical & Neurological Exam and Medical/Surgical History on all new admissions within 24 hours of admission, reviews all records from community hospitals and previous hospitalizations, formulates medical diagnosis, treatment goals and plans of all individual patients. Performs monthly review of each patient's medication profile, in conjunction with the ward psychiatrist. Performs a medical exam on each patient, documents findings accordingly in the progress notes,and  reviews and updates the Medical Treatment plan at that time.  Provides annual physical and neurological examinations and summary of previous year's medical illnesses and treatment for all patients in assigned areas within 30 days of the anniversary of their admissiondate.. Renders medical treatment to all patients in assigned areas on a daily basis by making daily unit rounds, ordering labs, x-rays and other diagnostic studies and consultations as necessary. Reviews results of studies, reports, consultations and follow-up care where indicated. Identifies patient's medical treatment needs and facilitates patient's transfer to community hospital for emergency or non-emergency medical treatment. Maintains regular communication with the community hospital physicians while patient is receiving treatment there. Develops medical goals and treatment plans for patients under their care.. Ensures documentation of all problems and response to treatment is entered into a progress note. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
